About these terms
These terms apply to use of the Over Range Automotive website. They are intended to sit alongside any specific written terms supplied for a vehicle purchase, reservation, warranty, finance agreement or other service. If specific transaction terms conflict with these general website terms, the transaction-specific terms will normally take priority for that transaction.
Vehicle information and availability
We take reasonable care to keep vehicle descriptions, specifications, mileage, photographs, prices and availability accurate. Used vehicles can vary in specification and condition, and information can occasionally be supplied by third parties or entered incorrectly. You should confirm any feature or specification that is important to you before committing to purchase.
Stock remains subject to availability and may be sold, reserved or withdrawn without the website updating immediately. An online enquiry or appointment request does not reserve a vehicle or create a contract of sale.
Prices, appointments and part exchange
Unless stated otherwise, prices shown are vehicle asking prices in pounds sterling. Prices, offers and information are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication but may change. Any reservation or deposit arrangement will be confirmed separately before payment.
Viewings and test drives are by appointment. An appointment request is not confirmed until Over Range Automotive accepts it. We may decline a requested time or suggest an alternative.
Part-exchange values are indicative until the vehicle has been inspected and its identity, mileage, history, condition and ownership details have been verified.
Finance
Over Range Automotive is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit brokerage. FCA number 673327. Over Range Automotive is a credit broker and not a lender.
Finance is subject to status and eligibility. Terms and conditions apply, a guarantee may be required and applicants must be aged 18 or over. We work with a number of selected credit providers who may be able to offer finance for a purchase. We can only offer products from those providers and they may provide an incentive or commission to us. Any finance calculator or monthly-payment figure shown on the website is illustrative only and is not an offer of credit or a guaranteed quotation.
Please make sure you can afford repayments for the full duration of any credit agreement before entering into it. Final rates, deposits, terms and repayments are determined by the relevant finance provider.
Warranty and vehicle preparation
Eligible retail vehicles are advertised with Over Range Automotive's minimum six-month warranty as standard unless expressly stated otherwise. Warranty cover is subject to its own terms, limits and exclusions. The Warranty page provides an overview, but the written warranty terms supplied with the vehicle govern the cover.
References to HPI checks, health checks, servicing or preparation describe the checks or preparation undertaken for the relevant vehicle. They are not a substitute for a manufacturer's warranty or an independent inspection where a customer wishes to obtain one.
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, photography and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view the site for personal use but must not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission, except where the law allows.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on information that you knew, or reasonably should have known, required confirmation before purchase.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party services such as finance providers, mapping, social-media platforms, WhatsApp or security providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumer rights and any mandatory jurisdiction rules continue to apply.
